Similar to other credible retailers, we at Chef Needs guarantee all of our regularly stocked merchandise. As long as your purchased items has not been used and are returned in their original packaging, we will be glad to accept them back. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your new purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will take care of the rest. In order to return one of our products, all you have to do is contact one of our customer service representatives directly and they will walk you through the entire process while sending you return instructions to your personal email. After receiving your returned purchase, we will inspect it to make sure that there is no damage and then refund the credit card that was used during the buying process. Please note that we do reserve the right to charge an additional 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
With a dedicated warehouse staff, each team member takes it personal when one of your orders has been damaged. In addition, Chef Needs gets fully reimbursed for any damaged item that is delivered to us. Because of this, it is extremely important for you to check all of your delivered purchases before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip. Please remember, each delivery service will allow you an ample amount of time to search through your packages for damaged merchandise before leaving. If you receive a damaged product and it’s not noted on the Proof of Delivery slip, we cannot guarantee that we will accept your return.
